Had a luxurious stay during the next visit to Kochi.

The service was good and the location was magnificent. There were an electric kettle and a fridge in the immaculately clean and top-notch room. I appreciated the continental breakfast, it was awesome with variety of food.

The room was reasonably spacious and luxurious with a beautiful view as well as terrace. The location of the hotel was amazing, to Athirapilly waterfalls. The rooftop restaurant and the salad bar were on site. I greatly enjoyed staying here and recommend to friends.

nice and peaceful location really close to bevarages around the kitchen as well as hyatt bolgatty, could not be better. savoury food in the rooftop restaurant in the vicinity. very comfy bed in the twin room, plus a laptop safe, a mini-bar and central heating.

Spectacular and best possible location, only a short distance to everywhere. Very good service, luxurious king room with wonderful rainforest shower and bed was facing the window.

Its location at a short distance from Infant Jesus Church was picturesque and spectacular. The staff was well-trained and extremely responsive.

The staff is absolutely courteous at all the levels. This hip new hotel has an excellent location to the convention centre. Also, it is not far from restaurant, main shopping center : Lulu Mall, and Lulu Mall.

Loved our stay, and would come here again. We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was superb.

We had an a nice size room with a view of the sea. The location was best possible and nice, just next door to malabar cafe and reception. It also was to the convention centre.

grand hyatt delivered a memorable date night experience, exceeding our expectations. the staff were welcoming and professional, especially jean and chef neil. the breakfast and evening canapes were varied and delicious, eliminating the need for additional food orders. the luxurious atmosphere, clean facilities, and friendly staff made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Something was missing during our stay.

The location was peaceful - really close to all the restaurants, the centre of the hall and all the dishes and bevarages around the kitchen, and Lulu Mall. In the evening we went to Ming's Dumpling House, located relatively close to the hotel.

The location in a perfect area was peaceful and there where shopping malls and a market nearby. The restaurant was good with very poilte staff, we ordered delicious dishes.
